含有行星真空搅拌机和翻转桶两组机构,搅拌机工作中两支平行的搅拌桨按设定的固定旋转比例运转,沿搅拌桶公转的同时亦快速自转，同时搅拌桶内有随公转同步运转的回旋刮刀不停旋转，使物料由搅拌桶内壁移动到搅拌桨附近。搅拌器的运转方向与公转可同向亦可逆向，达到不同剪切目的。搅拌桨为变频调速，可根据生产工艺自定转速。

翻转桶工作时与搅拌盖密封,工作完成后可与搅拌盖分开,并沿翻转轴心进行倾桶出料(翻转角度范围0-90度)。
